Job description

• Influence the speaker from the top most industries to speak on the organized event and convince to maintain smooth and ongoing relationship.

• Event planning/scheduling and preparing suitable theme as per event requirement;

• Prepare agenda of the event and Lead the day to day management of the event.

• Excellent interpersonal skills and a positive attitude in dealing with people, must avail the public speaking skills.

• Influence/Increase client engagement towards our events and priorities the activities related to the events.

Responsibility:

• Managing and preparing departments’ budget annually and submit to the finance department, as well as retaining all related documentation of the entire affairs of its respective Project(s)..

• Prepare plans and develop timetables with set deadlines in accordance with the project management process adopted by HQMena for the various event related activities;

• Interact closely and clearly with other team members to monitor the progress of these activities, and their completion;

• Maintain an ongoing progress report and produce periodic status reports of the event;

• Manage all stakeholders’ expectations by communicating through meetings, verbal, written and email forms;

• Respond to requests from the client in an efficient and timely manner;

• Actively seek to increase the income generated by the event in conjunction with the account manager, closely monitoring and actively reducing expenses.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Bachelor degree in Business Management or any other related field.

• Minimum 3 years' experience in event management in UAE.

• Minimum 3 years of team management experience.

Skill Requirement:

• Excellent interpersonal skills ,Public speaking skillsand a positive attitude in dealing with people.

• Event Management Skills and Ability to lead the team and project.

• Strong communication skills in all disciplines including written, oral, email and presenting.

Location: Dubai

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: 4000-6000 AED

Qualifications:

• Experience: 3 year (Required)

• English (Required)
